Our Hiring Standards

Our caregivers are selected through a rigorous process, including:

• Skills assessments and interviews
• Local, state, and federal background checks
• Finger-printing
• Ongoing competency evaluations by a registered nurse (RN)

Because TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida is a home health agency, our caregivers are TGH Home Care employees. All our nurses, therapists, and aides must be licensed or certified, and pass a Level II background check prior to being hired. Our caregivers are also covered by our workers compensation insurance.

Professional and Customized Care

Our experienced staff collaborates with each patient’s physician to deliver personalized care plans. We offer flexible home visits, ranging from one hour to 24 hours, tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
